What does "bring your own key" mean?
You provide your own API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, or another provider. Your AI usage is billed directly by them at their standard rates. We don't mark up token costs — you see exactly what you spend.
How is my data secured?
Every agent runs on its own isolated cloud instance with encrypted connections. We don't share infrastructure between tenants and we don't access your conversations or data. Your instance is yours alone.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel, your instance is shut down at the end of the billing period. We can export your configuration if you want to self-host.
How long does setup take?
Most agents are deployed and connected to messaging channels within a few hours. Complex configurations with custom integrations might take a day. We handle the infrastructure — you just tell us what your agent should do.
What if my agent crashes?
It restarts automatically. We monitor all instances and get alerted on failures. Most crashes are recovered from in under a minute without any intervention from you.
