What We Built

We designed and deployed a fully automated lead revival pipeline connecting Zoho CRM to Gmail. It works in two modes: AI-personalized emails that read each lead's full CRM record and write something completely original, and template-based outreach for high-volume campaigns. Both produce ready-to-send emails saved as drafts for your review before anything goes out.

How It Works

Lead Scoring and Segmentation. The system automatically flags leads that have gone stale based on configurable criteria: last activity date, engagement history, deal stage, and lead source. Each lead gets scored and placed into a segment that determines what kind of outreach they receive.

AI-Personalized Outreach. In AI mode, the system reads the lead's full CRM record (company, industry, notes, past conversations, deal stage) and writes a completely original email. No two emails are the same. The result reads like a colleague sat down and wrote it after reviewing the file.

Template-Based Outreach. For high-volume campaigns, professionally written templates auto-fill with each lead's details. The system matches the right template to each lead based on how they came in. Process an entire pipeline in one click.

Draft Review. Nothing sends automatically. Every email appears in your drafts folder for review. Edit, approve, or delete. You stay in control. For template-based campaigns, you can also configure auto-send if you prefer to skip the review step.

CRM Auto-Update. When you send a draft, the lead's status updates in your CRM automatically with a timestamped note.
